We specialise in group training, focused on conditioning, toning and core fitness. All classes give you a personalised coaching experience but in a group setting with the high-energy dynamic of a group class.

You can expect classes to run for approximately 45 minutes, where we make use of a number of disciplines to achieve amazing results.

All you need to do is show up, we will guide you through the rest.
